Creating Key Results

If our objectives are “what we want to achieve”, then Key Results are “how we want to achieve them”.

For the 2021 Winter Academy, some of our Key Results (how to meet our Academy objective) included:

• Researching “online learning” best practices – for both e-learning and live “zoom” meetings
• Creating an e-learning portal
• Developing good video content for the e-learning portal
• Creating registration and other material resources needed
• Ensuring all participants had everything they needed (e-learning, zoom address etc.) in time
